Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Verse on Wall. This policy explains delivery for physical posters and digital downloads.

Physical Posters

Every physical poster is made to order with care through our trusted production partners and shipped from the facility best suited to fulfil your order.

Processing Time

Physical poster orders are normally processed within 2 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after you receive your order-confirmation email.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Canada and the contiguous United States: approximately 5–10 business days after production.
  • Total expected time: approximately 2–3 weeks from the order date.

Actual delivery times may vary because of location, carrier delays, production demand, and seasonal volume.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship physical posters to Canada and the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship physical posters to Alaska, Hawaii, other U.S. territories, or countries outside Canada and the United States.

Shipping Charges and Free Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Orders containing at least one physical poster qualify for free shipping when the cart subtotal reaches CA$80 in Canada or US$65 in the United States.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email after your physical order has shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Verse on Wall is not responsible for customs fees, tariffs, taxes, or duties applied during or after shipping. Any such charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Digital Downloads

Digital downloads are electronic products. No physical item is shipped, and no shipping charge or tracking number applies.

After payment is successfully processed, the download is delivered electronically using the email address provided at checkout. For permitted use, printing guidance, refunds, and file-access support, read our Digital Download Policy & Licence.
