Digital Download Policy & Licence

This policy applies to all digital products purchased from Verse on Wall. Digital downloads are electronic files only. No physical product will be shipped.

Delivery

After your payment is successfully processed, your download will be delivered electronically using the email address provided at checkout.

Please check your spam or junk folder if the delivery email does not arrive. If you cannot access your files, contact support@verseonwall.com with your order number.

Personal-Use Licence

Your purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the downloaded artwork for personal use.

You may:

  • Download and store the files on your personal devices.

  • Print the artwork for display in your own home, office, church space, or as a personal gift.

  • Print the artwork at home, through a local print shop, or through an online printing service.

  • Make multiple prints for your own personal use.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or give away the digital files.

  • Upload the files to file-sharing websites, marketplaces, social media groups, or public storage services.

  • Sell printed copies or use the artwork on products for sale.

  • Claim the artwork as your own.

  • Modify the artwork for resale or other commercial use.

  • Use the files as part of a business logo, trademark, or commercial branding.

Purchasing a file does not transfer copyright or ownership of the artwork. All rights not expressly granted remain with Verse on Wall.

Printing and Colour

Every screen and printer displays colour differently. Small variations in colour, cropping, or print quality may occur depending on the device, paper, ink, printer, and print provider used.

Please confirm the file dimensions and recommended print sizes shown on the product page before printing. Verse on Wall is not responsible for printing costs or results caused by selecting an unsuitable size, material, printer, or print service.

Digital Refunds

Because digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be physically returned, digital purchases are generally not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Please contact us if:

  • A file is missing, damaged, or cannot be opened.

  • You received the wrong file.

  • You accidentally purchased the same digital product more than once.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, such as replacing the file or refunding an eligible duplicate purchase.

Order Responsibility

Please provide a correct email address during checkout and review the product details before purchasing. Customers are responsible for confirming that the selected design, dimensions, file format, and print ratio meet their needs.
