Refund policy

Verse on Wall sells made-to-order physical posters and instant digital downloads. The rules below explain how returns, replacements, cancellations, and digital purchases are handled.

Physical Posters

Because each physical poster is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, an incorrectly selected size or format, or an item that is not damaged or defective.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

If your physical order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a production defect, we’ll make it right.

• Contact support@verseonwall.com within 7 days of delivery.
• Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

If your request is approved, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.

Physical-Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel a physical order, email us immediately. Cancellation is possible only if the order has not entered production.

Digital Downloads

Digital products are delivered automatically and no physical item is shipped. Because access to the files is provided immediately, digital purchases are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

If a digital file is missing or corrupt, you cannot access the download, or you accidentally purchased the same digital item twice, contact support@verseonwall.com with your order number and we’ll help.
