Can I cancel or change my order?

We can only make changes or cancellations before your order goes into production. If you need to make a change, email us at support@verseonwall.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your print arrives damaged or there's a production issue, we’ll send a replacement at no cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Do you offer custom artwork?

Not yet, but it’s something we’re prayerfully considering. If you have a verse or design idea on your heart, we’d love to hear it.

Shipping & Returns

How long does it take to receive my order?

Most orders arrive within 2 to 3 weeks from the time you place them.

Each piece is made to order, with a processing time of 2–5 business days, followed by shipping:


5–10 business days


7–14 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship to Canada and the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

As our store and ministry grow, we hope to expand to other countries supported by our production partners.

Where do you ship from?

Your order is made and shipped from a facility closest to your location, using our trusted print partners. This helps reduce delivery times, minimize emissions, and support local production.

Do you offer tracking for orders?

Yes! As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its journey to your door.
